Second Tier Leadership | Part 2

Effective ministry requires leaders who understand how to serve faithfully within an established vision. Second-tier leadership focuses on the responsibility of ministers and leaders who serve under senior or primary leadership.

Students will study principles including submission to vision, delegated authority, accountability, communication, trust, loyalty, initiative, teamwork, problem-solving, leadership boundaries, responsibility, and organizational alignment.

The course will emphasize that strong second-tier leaders do not compete with the vision of the house; they help strengthen, protect, communicate, and execute it.

Students should be equipped to function effectively within a leadership structure, understand delegated authority, work collaboratively with others, and faithfully support the mission and vision of the local church.
