REFUND POLICY
Registration is final. There will be No Refunds issued.
RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Registration will continue until every space is rented. If there are any cancelations, registration will open for the available space.
Registration cannot be transferred to future events.
We will provide vendors with appropriate space to allow vendors to manage business accordingly during the event.
Vendor spaces are assigned on a first come, first served basis.
We agree not to accept additional vendors from the same company/product type as the said vendor.
Open Fire International Fellowship agrees to allow distribution of any company/business related publications produced by the vendor during the event.

IGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Vendor agrees to rent the space from Open Fire International Fellowship. Space is limited to first come, first serve and is not guaranteed until registration forms and fees are received.
Vendors are to be completely set- up no later than 10 minutes prior to the event start time. Any vendor not set- up by that time forfeits the registration fee and vendor space.
For this event, tables will be provided. Vendors are responsible for their own set-up and breakdown.
Vendors may set up on day of event at 5:00pm Thursday and Friday, 9:00 am Saturday.
Vendor has the right to sell any merchandise associated with the registered company. The vendor is responsible for all sales for the registered business and all taxes that may be applicable for these sales.
The vendor is responsible for all bookkeeping needs that may arise. This includes having cash available for change.
Vendor staff must be clothed and groomed in a clean, neat fashion and shall conduct themselves in an orderly manner.
No Loud music, noise or loud amplification devices shall be used by vendor’s staff at the event.
By signing this event registration form, you are committing to being present at the event for the entire event and recognize that not showing up or leaving the event earlier than the designated timeframe, jeopardizes the integrity of the overall event.
