This program welcomes students with secular or Bible college degrees, with or without ministry experience, who are interested in leadership and desire to sharpen their skills, be challenged and make a significant impact for Christ and His kingdom around the world. Students are equipped to plan, organize, lead, resolve conflicts, assess, manage change, and direct a variety of church and parachurch ministries in a local or global setting.

Pastor Johnson is the Worship Arts Director responsible for the dynamic and creative Mime, Dance, Flag, and Worship Team at Open Fire International Fellowship. His commitment, flexibility, and adaptability have modeled a multifaceted approach in the way he serves. He is a man of few words but is also known as a prophetic voice to many, which has made him a sought-after and trusted consultant. He is the husband of a divine blessing by the name of Deavonne, and the father of four children: Cristiano, Taahira, Jaydon, and Abigail.

Pastor Johnson is very passionate about the work of ministry and his obedience to the will of God, which resulted in his journey from Jamaica to Connecticut and from there to Texas, where he has been an integral part of Open Fire since 2016.

Pastor Gibson is the son of Angela Gibson and the late Felder Gibson Sr.  He was born on June 27, 1976 in Salters, South Carolina.  He has been married for over 26-years to Minister Tiffany Gibson and is the proud father of Aquan, Justin, Michaela, and Nevaeh.  He was educated in Williamsburg County School System and graduated from C.E. Murray High School.  He furthered his education at Colorado Technical University, where he has earned an Associates degree in Logistics Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.  He has been employed at Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF Railway) for 15 years.

Steadfast, faithful and God fearing best describes the ministry of Pastor Michael “Mike” Gibson.  He is a mighty man of Valor who stands firm on the Word of God and upholds the principles thereof as a Believer.  As a native of Salters, South Carolina; he has traveled the world learning, teaching, and proclaiming the Gospel He was nurtured into holiness and accepted Christ into his life in July 2007.  Pastor Mike accepted the call on his life, and in 2009 he was first installed and ordained as a Minister to preach the Gospel under the covering of Bishop Victor S. Gordon (True Worship Ministries).  He has served under ministries in Texas, Georgia, Virginia, and Colorado.  He has served in several areas of ministry to include armor bearer, Praise and Worship leader, Men’s Fellowship leader, Prison ministry liaison, Outreach team member, Security, and the Marriage Ministry.

Pastor Mike is a man of great faith, and he believes that if God says it, He will do it! Therefore, his favorite scripture is; “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”-Jeremiah 29:11

Pastor Spells is a devoted husband to Asia Spells and a loving father to their three children. With a heart for ministry and a passion for guiding others in their faith, he is committed to spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. Pastor Spells leads by example, encouraging those around him to trust in God's plan and walk in faith. His life and ministry ae centered around his powerful motto: "Have Faith in God."

Pastor Jammie A. Blunt, Sr is the son of Joyce Edwards and the late Bobby Edwards. He was born on July 29, 1971 in Newport News, Virginia. He has been married to Minister Iesha Bryant Blunt for 32 years and they have 4 handsome men and 5 grandchildren.

Pastor Blunt has a heart for people and a passion to see people overcome the tactics of the enemy. He preaches using visuals and illustrations to assist with his sermons to motivate and inspire people.

Pastor Blunt's favorite scripture is Romans 12:2, “Do not be conformed to this world but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind”…..he paraphrases it as 'if you change the way you think, you can change the way you live!'
